Click the link to see a funny rap. This was e-mailed to me by a FHC member. Thank-you.
I am now blogging it so a wider audience can enjoy the find.
Some of it may be a bit raunchy. If you do not like it, click it off.

MEN'S CLUB SHABBAT 4/1/06 to be rescheduled
No, this is not an April fool's day gag.
The Men's club will not be having its Shabbat service on 4/1/06 9:30am. I have received notice that the organizer could not attend that day. (Why am I the last to know. Maybe it was an April Fool's day joke on me.
I welcome everyone to attend services anyhow.

CPR certification Course @ FHC. My thoughts why you should SIGN UP NOW!!!
I just sent in my check for the CPR Certification Course sponsored by the Bikkur Holim Committee to be conducted at FHC on April 23 and April 30 2006, both days from 12-4pm.
As you may recall, my oldest daughter successfully performed the Heimlich on my oldest son while he was choking on a steak bone lodged in his throat. I applaud the Bikkur Holim Committee for sponsoring this course and I urge all of you (who are not certified), to sign up for this course.
There are certain things we can do as decent human beings besides donating money to charities and causes, and assisting those who need our time or assistance. Two of those are donating blood and being in a position to provide emergency medical aide such as CPR.
I would hope never to have to use CPR and that everyone remains healthy and strong. But, in the real world, real events and experiences confirm that a CPR course is a necessity, not an option.

Last weekend of WINTER
I note on my calendar that this will be the last weekend of winter. Spring arrives on Monday. 3-20-06. Time for the patios, decks, BBQ grills, flowers and plantings to bloom and all the wonderful things that come to mind with Spring, not to mention baseball for all you fans out there.
Anyone interested in another Beautification day at FHC? We could pick an area away from the main building to do some plantings (so that are work will not be lost if and when work is done on the building. Or we could even sponsor a beautification of an area on a public road and FHC could place a small placard indicating our efforts.
In any event, enjoy the last days of winter and savor the Spring weather. Shalom Jeremy

Blood drive a huge success!!!!
Thanks to the participants who contributed to the FHC (Men's club organized) 2006 blood drive. Here are some pictures of participants who contributed blood on 3-12-06.
I was advised that our pint count went up from last year and, with your help, the pint count can go up again next year.
I was further advised that a local church joined us in participating. Thank-you.
very relaxed and smiling while giving blood.
Blogger is smiling and glad he did not have to look at the activity taking place on his right arm.

FHC HEBREW SCHOOL T-SHIRT FUNDRAISER
FHC is conducting a T-shirt fundraiser to raise money for the Hebrew School. Below is the brochure for you to look at. There are some cool looking shirts for the kids and for the adults to enjoy, and you will be helping a good cause at the same time. I took some pictures of these quality shirts. As the brochure states, you can see samples in the lobby or Hebrew School office. Above are some samples as well.

Purim 2006 FHC
It has been about a year since I started this Blog. In fact in April 2005 I posted the first pictures from Purim 2005. Look below at this past weekend's great Purim Carnival. In addition, I will be posting some pictures from the Blood drive and some information on how you can purchase some great t-shirts for the coming spring and summer seasons. Enjoy the pictures. Shalom Jeremy
